If a site visit is required, we visit your site for no additional cost. As a contracted client, you have priority and a guaranteed response and resolution time.

If you need IT support on an irregular basis and have no mission-critical PCs or Servers, this option is for you. Complete Computer Solutions has all the in-house skills you need to resolve your server or PC problems. We are competitively priced and respond quickly.
Pay as you go support is ideal for those who have an existing IT department that needs additional resources, for those with one-off support requirements and for those who aren’t able to commit to a support contract.
This service is available to anyone without a support contract. We cannot guarantee a response time however as our priority is always with clients who are on contract. Our standard hourly rate is £65 during office hours (9am to 5pm) and £90 outside of office hours.
